Jay Chou The Era Concert

Yup, that made it my third concert this year.
I did not put too high of an expectation on Jay's concert as we all know how well he could sing live (oops!). We wanted to attend and watch his performances for once and so, off we went.
The show began at 8:30pm sharp and ended at about 11:00pm with two rundowns. During the 3-hour performance, he belted out some newer releases as well as "antique" songs. The songs that I enjoyed most were songs from his first few CDs such as 爱在西元前, 黑色幽默, 东风破, 开不了口, and 可爱女人. I fell in love with the song 我不配 after the concert and it was most probably because the person who sat next to me, hummed along and was even louder than Jay! :-)

When we came out of the stadium, KC had complaints about the concert. He managed to get only the restricted-view seats and they were very costly. The visual and aural effects were great but we could not catch a glimpse of them at all. Little did he know that despite all the dissatisfaction, I actually enjoyed the show very much.

It seems like we've reached our quota this year but, but, there is one more that must not be missed!
Eason's coming to Singapore in September 2010!
