The case of the missing..

Me.

It has been quite long since you last updated your blog hor?, one loyal reader asked :D

First, it was the long Chinese New Year break.
Then, it was back to long working hours. War has begun again in the office, back to how it was 2 to 3 months ago.

Let's go back to two, three weeks back!
* All photos taken using my new "digicam" a.k.a. iphone4 :-)

Chinese New Year 2011. Awesome reunion lunch at home; shopping at Mid Valley with Miss Lady Boss; jogging and badminton session with Kong cha; visiting my uncles and auntys (mom's siblings), so many new babies and kids this year!

Cycling (2nd CNY in a row) at Putrajaya. Apparently less tiring than the one we had last year at Shah Alam.

It was also my little brother's birthday on 6th Feb. Here he is with the necktie and new shoes gifted by his sisters. The boy is 19 this year!

Next, my youngest sister came over to Singapore the week after my Chinese New Year break. I was only able to accompany her on Sunday evening when she arrived. We also had breakfast together before I went to work the following days. Still, I've had *ahem* enough of her noise. Haha.

Later this week, I was so surprised to hear that Pei Yee got invited for an interview with one of the columnist in a local newspaper! Wow, that is something, right? Cannot wait to see the interview on paper :-) For those of you who would like to check out some of her inventions, please click here.

I was bugged with never-ending work last weekend and only got to do some walkabouts this weekend. More photos coming up on the new attraction at Marina Bay Sands, the ArtScience Museum.

I’m 27.

Not that I did not get enough of my siblings (especially CK Chin!) teasing and reminding me that I've got 3 more years to go before I hit 30.
Time flies.
And I do feel old *secretly*

People say as you get older, you'll start worrying about this and that. Hmm.. out of a sudden, I began to worry about my health, my food consumption. Haha, yes. And.. I began to worry about my tolerance level. I used to be able to handle more.

Anyways, so glad that with all the stress at work, someone is by my side, celebrating yet another year with me.

Went to pick KC up at the airport on Sunday; Received a packet of Nasi Lemak transported from Kuantan for lunch! Quoted as the best in Kuantan. Hehe.

Dinner at Chalk later in the evening. Had to ascend few flights of staircases in order to get to Old School (at Dhoby Ghaut)

In Chalk..

Heavy, heavy and yummy dinner. Escargot and garlic toast for starters, lamb stew and carbonara for the main course, lastly.. pizza and red wine too! A highly recommended restaurant - they have very friendly staff and most importantly, good quality food.

Burrrrpppppppp.. And, on Monday..

Chocolate fondue at Andersen's of Denmark.

After the filling dinner, we walked to Marina Bay Sands for some exercise so that this could fit in ->

Happy Birthday, The Noisy One

Yes, you.

The one who always asks me questions and answers her own questions. Reason given is: I am too slow to digest her questions or she is the worm in my stomach.

The one who always thinks she knows everything. Ngai deeeeeeeee...

Sorry that I could not make it home this year.
Happy Birthday, Fatty!

From me to you. Thanks to Miss Designer Chin Pei Yee for her voucher design :D Professional, right?

The Complete Retreat

I was supposed to post this up yesterday night but was just too tired after the "complete retreat" package. Hehe.

Happy birthday to YOU!
As conveyed during the make-a-wish session (yup, I was the one making the wishes!), you are only allowed to take 1 MC per annum, please grow from size M to L, and may you be blessed with a smooth journey in your career!

*Photos taken by the birthday boy*

Early morning surprise with the board placed in front of his flat :D It shocked his neighbor too and she was staring at me as she walked passed the staircase (my hiding place).

Gigantic iPhone casing, which was a bad idea =(

His most-wanted item in 2009 list... a Casio G-Shock watch! :D

Seafood buffet dinner

"Birthday cake" formed by using the desserts at the restaurant. Luckily the restaurant has candles! :D
